The Alters

A Personal Survival Journey in The Alters

In The Alters, a sci-fi survival game for PC, players navigate the perils of a hostile planet as Jan Dolski, the last survivor of a shattered expedition. With a unique mechanic that allows you to create alternative versions of Jan, known as THE ALTERS. You explore themes of choice and destiny in ways that personalize the survival experience. Each decision shapes Jan's trajectory and could mean the difference between life and death.

Crafting Alternatives Through Quantum Choices

The game introduces a quantum computer on your mobile base, which enables you to simulate different outcomes based on key moments from Jan's past. Each Alter, generated through the mysterious substance Rapidium, embodies distinct skills and emotional nuances. As you make choices that affect your survival, you also deepen the crew dynamics, creating poignant moments that reflect on life's consequential paths.
