Turn-based hex strategy

Zambala is a single-player, turn-based hex strategy game about war, politics, and espionage in a fictional African nation nearing civil war. You command one of six rival warlords, moving armies across lakes, jungles, and contested cities while competing for territory and influence.

Military and politics

Capture facilities to earn income, then decide whether to spend resources on forces such as infantry, tanks, artillery, naval flotillas, and paratroopers. Military strength can seize territory, but political influence helps you keep it. You can invest influence to win public support, bribe officials, repair sabotaged mines, or send agents to assassinate leaders and undermine rival factions.
