Game premise and mechanics

VOXEL DRIFT RACER is a top-down arcade drift racing game for PC. Players control cars in a voxel-based environment, focusing on mastering drifting through careful management of throttle, steering, and tire grip. The game's mechanics rely on a velocity decomposition and friction circle model, meaning that every action you take with your car affects its handling and performance. New players can enable drift assists to help them learn the controls without feeling overwhelmed.

Race modes

The game features various racing modes, including Time Attack, Drift Trial, Free Run, and Grand Prix. In Time Attack, players set their own lap counts and aim to beat personal records. Drift Trial challenges you to earn a drift score within a time limit, factoring in angle, speed, and duration of drifts. Grand Prix allows you to compete against up to eight AI drivers with adjustable difficulty levels.
