Turn-based mech combat

Triads is a turn-based tactical mech combat game for PC, built around positioning, initiative and coordinated attacks. You command a team of three cybernetically linked mechs on a hex-based battlefield. Each mech moves and fires independently, so you need to weigh individual positions against how well the team can work together.

Positioning and initiative

Movement and facing determine which shots are available and which angles leave a mech exposed. You can maneuver for clear shots, protect vulnerable sides or try to get behind an enemy, where attacks can be much stronger. Initiative also matters: winning it can decide who activates first and gets the first chance to strike.
