Tether and Talon is a turn-based deckbuilding game with creature-collecting and roguelite elements. You recruit Yokai, add the cards each one brings to your deck, and use those cards to play their moves in battles against rounds of enemies.

Building a team

Choosing which Yokai to recruit shapes your deck, since each brings new cards. You can improve your deck and evolve your Yokai as you progress, building a team for the battles ahead. The game uses a typing system for its monster battles, and understanding its systems helps you perform better and reach the end.
