SAUDADE

Surviving Through Cooking in Saudade

Saudade tells the poignant story of a lonely survivor in a world ravaged by disaster. This narrative cooking game focuses on both survival and emotional healing. As players step into the shoes of a forlorn soul, they embark on a journey that combines culinary challenges with the weight of grief. With only one recipe in hand, Galician filloas, every cooking session unravels layers of the protagonist's past while navigating a desolate landscape.

Crafting a Recipe for Hope

Players will experiment with the three-ingredient dish, adapting the recipe to the harsh conditions around them. Each cooking cycle demands precision, requiring management of the batter's temperature and the pan’s angle to achieve those perfectly crispy edges. Success in cooking unlocks memories tied to emotional totems collected throughout the game. The act of preparing food serves as a bridge back to the past, illuminating painful truths and cherished moments.
