Light as a boundary

Project Lightbringer is a PC exploration-focused bullet heaven set in a world swallowed by mysterious mist. You fight creatures with little more than a flashlight, build strength by gathering experience and choosing upgrades, and push back the darkness by activating lanterns.

Lanterns mark the safe territory you’ve restored. You can only activate a new one within reach of a lantern already burning, so expanding your foothold takes place step by step. Each lantern pushes the frontier farther into the mist, opening access to more of the world.
