One More Meter

One More Meter is a single-player 2D mining and idle game on PC. You start at a surface camp with a pickaxe and dig down through a randomly generated map, breaking blocks to find ore. Hold a key or mouse button to dig down, left or right; you can’t dig up. Each block has its own hardness, and your pick power determines how quickly it breaks.

Ore fills a bag with limited capacity. You can keep digging for more, or use Return to Surface, which takes a short time to charge and is canceled if you get hit. If your health runs out, you land on the surface and lose some of the ore you haven’t sold. The game doesn’t end, but the setback costs time and ore. A session takes about 10 to 20 minutes.
