Game premise and mechanics

Moraff's Dungeons is a remaster of the classic grid-based, first-person dungeon crawler that builds on the original gameplay mechanics from Moraff's Dungeons of the Unforgiven. Players navigate procedurally generated dungeons, facing various bosses, monsters, and utilizing four schools of magic, each featuring 30 spells. Players can choose to engage with traditional hardcore permadeath or employ options like manual saving or automatic town saving with resource penalties after dying.

Graphics options

The game offers three graphics modes: you can opt for the original "classic" visuals with minor updates, vector-upscaled high-definition graphics, or a new art style that features hand-drawn illustrations by bimshwel. These options cater to various player preferences, whether for nostalgia or a more modern aesthetic.
