Deathand is a PC dungeon-crawling game about pursuing the sorcerer Velkorin, who has cursed the land. You make your way through his dungeon tile by tile, using a card in your hand as a light source.

Cards and combat

Every fight is a card battle, so your hand serves two purposes: cards help you fight, but burning one to see by means you can't use it in combat. The game’s central decision is when to spend a card on light and when to keep it for a fight.
