Codename: Operation Go

Game overview

Codename: Operation Go is a turn-based tactical strategy game for PC. It incorporates the mechanics of the game Go, pairing them with tactical wargame combat and a visual style reminiscent of tabletop strategy titles. Players deploy units directly onto the battlefield without needing to move from a rear position, allowing for immediate participation in combat and the ability to capture enemy units by surrounding them, similar to the gameplay in Go.

Tactical deployment

In this game, you can place newly deployed units at any available position on the battlefield, which enables them to engage in combat immediately. Existing units can be redeployed to adapt to shifting tactical situations. This flexibility means that you must constantly assess and respond to threats as they can emerge from any direction, disrupting traditional front lines.
