A Country Named Hunger

Mercenaries after the end

A Country Named Hunger is a PC turn-based role-playing game about leading a company of road mercenaries after the end of the world. You travel between settlements, take paid jobs, and fight people who stand in your way. Each day uses up money and food, so keeping the company supplied is part of the work.

Tactical battles

Fights take place on a grid. Each survivor has a set number of action points per turn to spend on moving, attacking, reloading, or taking cover behind wrecked cars and walls. Hit chance, armor, and morale affect combat, and a survivor who dies is gone for good.
