S.E.M.I. – Side Effects May Include...

Up to Four Players Can Escape Together in S.E.M.I.

S.E.M.I. - Side Effects May Include is a cooperative online game where players must escape from a peculiar mental clinic. You and up to three friends tackle this chaotic challenge, facing off against deranged staff and erratic patients. Each experience is different, characterized by unpredictable situations, unpredictable abilities, and demanding gameplay that tests your and your team’s coordination.

Embrace Chaos with Unpredictable Powers

The game's hallmark is its mix of randomized abilities stemming from ingesting in-game pills. Each pill can bestow a wild set of powers, sometimes beneficial, sometimes debilitating. For example, take the “Bipolar force” pill to become an invulnerable monster one moment, then a vulnerable ragdoll the next. This unpredictability adds layers of strategy and hilarity, urging players to adapt and think creatively in each encounter.
