Mala Petaka

Explore Multiple Universes in Mala Petaka

Mala Petaka invites players into a chaotic journey through vast sci-fi landscapes. Set within a visually appealing 2D pixel art style, this shooter combines first-person action with compelling narrative elements. As players control Petaka, an angry amnesiac, they seek to recover lost memories while battling an array of one-eyed aliens and pesky drones across varied dimensions. It's a nostalgic nod to retro FPS experiences, driven by the powerful functionality of GZDoom.

Modes That Challenge Your Skills

Two distinct gameplay modes enhance the experience: Story Mode and Horde Mode. In Story Mode, players uncover the mysteries of Petaka’s past while navigating through portals to different universes. Meanwhile, Horde Mode presents an increasing wave of enemies, testing reflexes and combat skills. Each mode provides an engaging counterbalance to quick-play sessions or more extended narrative dives, suiting varying preferences within the community.
