Game premise and genre

Zero Viewers is a third-person psychological horror adventure and livestream simulation game set inside a psychiatric hospital. Players assume the role of Kim Ian, a former popular streamer who ends up admitted to a psychiatric facility after losing his audience due to a controversial livestream incident. The game revolves around secretly livestreaming from within the hospital as Ian attempts to connect with viewers again.

Streaming mechanics

In this game, players roam the hospital while broadcasting their livestreams. Actions taken during the stream directly affect various aspects like viewer count, chat atmosphere, donations, stream hype, and the hospital's suspicion and danger levels. To attract viewers, players must engage in behavior that goes beyond ordinary, often risking their safety and the wellbeing of others.
