Dive into the Story and Cultural Roots

The narrative of 玉言·离光 is steeped in history, drawing from the remains of the Yaoshan altar of the Liangzhu culture in China. The game is set against the backdrop of twelve tombs, which inspired the creation of twelve ritual rooms named after the Twelve Branches, an age-old Chinese timekeeping concept. This cultural homage adds depth to the game, shaping plot developments around traditional beliefs about the connection between time and the human body.
