Recruiting in Himawari Town

You're Hired! is a PC recruiting and town-management game set in Himawari Town, an abandoned town whose economy the mayor wants to rebuild. You take a job as its local recruiter, matching applicants with positions at companies and managing the money the work brings in. Your aim is to grow your income and reputation while helping the town recover, with early retirement as a possible goal and bankruptcy as a possible outcome.

Finding the right applicants

You start with contracts from smaller companies. As your reputation grows, you can take on contracts with bigger rewards and bigger consequences. You need to assess candidates and find the best fit for each job. Hiring well and quickly can bring better pay and improve your reputation; hiring someone unqualified, or someone with malicious intentions, can cost you money.
