Village management

Xiqiao Chronicles is a single-player village management game set in rural Song-era China. You arrive with knowledge from the modern world and help refugees and named companions build a home beside a bridge, planning a village in a softly painted isometric landscape.

Place and rotate homes, fields, workshops and roads, then watch construction progress. Assign villagers to production buildings, organize resources, research new knowledge and trade. Your decisions also cover jobs, housing and health: a clinic receives and treats injured villagers.
