Wunderfront

Run-based combat

Wunderfront is a run-based PC shooter set in a science-fiction version of the final months of World War II. Projekt Wunderfront has put experimental weapons and bio-engineered mutants on the battlefields, and ruined cities are now overrun by mutants and bandits. You begin each run with bare fists and search the districts for cash and hidden loot caches.

Weapons and builds

Combat combines period firearms with experimental wonder weapons capable of mass destruction. You can spend scavenged cash at city shops on an arsenal that ranges from historical guns to mad-science superweapons. The game also gives you choices for shaping your character: spend talent points on permanent combat abilities, improve your reflexes, use combat stimulants, or train a dog companion to hunt alongside you.
