屋檐之下

Landlord life sim

屋檐之下 is a landlord and neighborhood life sim for PC. You begin with an empty, unfinished apartment, renovate and furnish its rooms, plan the space, and find tenants who pay rent.

Apartments and tenants

You can give an old apartment a cheap makeover or a luxury finish, then fill its rooms. Tenants and nosy neighbors bring roommate antics and household drama. You can also follow tenants as they build careers, earn promotions, fall in love, marry, and start families.
