Word-building roguelike

Writer's Block is a word-building roguelike for PC. You spell words using letter tiles drawn from a bag, trying to beat the score required on each page and get published. A run can end in rejection, too.

Scoring words

Each word scores Ink multiplied by Flair. The letters you play provide Ink, while premium squares, Tome levels and your Scribes add Flair. You can discard tiles you can't use and play the odds with the letters left in the bag.
