Where Sinners Sleep

Game premise and mechanics

Where Sinners Sleep is a card-based hotel management game. Players manage a hotel in the early 20th century, where every item, employee, and guest is represented as a card. You will need to creatively experiment by slotting cards in different rooms to resolve the unique storylines of your clients. The aim is to keep the hotel profitable while fulfilling the Owner's demands for rent, which consist of a pound of flesh, a piece of mind, and a soul pledged.

Guest management and secrets

Guests at your hotel come with hidden agendas, seeking to do things they wouldn't do elsewhere. Part of the management involves uncovering these secrets and making choices about how to deal with them, whether to use the knowledge gained to meet your demands or to help the guests with their issues and alter their fates.
