Wagerborn is a fantasy roguelite where the gear you equip becomes the symbols on a slot machine. You build a machine from weapons, armor, spells, potions, relics, and curios, then spin its 3×3 reel to determine your turn in combat.

Gear and odds

Matching identical symbols pays out big, while pairs can trigger smaller combinations. Each upgrade changes the odds: a new weapon might weaken a sword combination you've been building, while a support relic can make another item the center of your setup.
