Game premise and setting

VED Demo is a story-driven RPG with turn-based combat and roguelite elements. Players control a character named Kir, who arrives in the city of Micropole seeking a new life. Kir discovers the ability to teleport between two worlds, one of which features mysterious flying islands, strange creatures, and dangerous monsters. The narrative involves uncovering truths that link these two realities and deciding their fates.

Combat and progression

The game incorporates a turn-based battle system where positioning plays a crucial role in combat. You can use the magic of the Veds to gain an advantage over enemies, learning ancient sorcery that improves your abilities. Players also build shelters for themselves and their allies, which unlocks additional skills and abilities throughout their journey.
