Vecchio Furioso

Raw Action in a Thai Rural Setting

Vecchio Furioso takes players on a gritty journey through the rural Isan region of Thailand during the politically charged era of 1962. Developed by a solo creator, this first-person shooter taps into the essence of "Eurojank," emphasizing raw action and mechanical experimentation over polished graphics. The game invites players to explore a life of conflict and survival as they navigate the challenges brought on by crime, debt, and a changing society.

The Struggle for Survival

You play as an elderly man, struggling against the pressures of a debt owed to the local mafia. With your land deed at stake, you must venture through the sun-scorched landscapes, characterized by red dirt roads and wooden shanties. The core of the game revolves around the urgency to gather enough money for your payments, introducing a sense of urgency that keeps the gameplay tense and engaging.
