The Madness of Urbex: A Horror Extraction Game

Urbex is a thrilling horror extraction game on PC that challenges you and up to three co-op teammates to survive in an environment where your sanity is as much an enemy as the monsters lurking in the shadows. Armed with a mixture of stealth, teamwork, and strategy, players navigate menacing maps while collecting toys and submarine parts. The twist? The game's Madness Mechanic creates a psychological struggle that intensifies the more you stay in a level.

Teamwork in Cardboard Armor

As a squad of child adventurers, you sport cardboard armor, which juxtaposes the game’s darker themes with a whimsical aesthetic. This design choice emphasizes the innocence of youth measured against the lurking horrors. You'll need to communicate effectively, utilizing proximity voice chat to coordinate strategies. But be cautious, your enemies can hear you too, making silent cooperation essential as you gather crucial items for extraction.
