Co-op demon hunts

Unhex is a PC survival-horror game you can play alone or in a team of up to four exorcists. You investigate a location to identify which Demon has possessed someone wandering there, then perform the ritual needed to exorcise it. The Possessed starts hunting as soon as a mission begins, so you have to investigate without getting caught.

Identify the Demon

Search the area for occult items, including Effigies, Runic Stones, Ritual Skulls and Ritual Symbols. Watch how the Possessed reacts to your actions and to those objects, and pay attention to changes in the environment. You’ll use these clues to work out the Demon’s name and which ritual it requires. There are over 30 Demons, each with its own traits, associated occult objects and ritual requirements.
