Tughra: Seals of Empire

Game description

Tughra: Seals of Empire is a card game for PC where players promote their cards within a structured ranking system. You begin with a hand of cards representing military and political units from five fictional empires inspired by historical themes. The objective is to merge lower-ranked cards into higher-ranked ones while utilizing opponent disruption tactics to maintain or expand your influence.

Mechanics of play

In each match, you control two recruits, which can be merged into a captain. Two captains can then be promoted to a governor. The deck acts as a promotion tree with one card being the strongest. To add complexity, each player selects one of five ruler seals, each providing a unique ability that alters gameplay. The game focuses on strategic card management, requiring players to balance offense and defense while progressing their own ranks.
