Trash Inc. is a PC recycling-yard management game about turning a bankrupt facility into an automated operation. At first, you handle incoming waste yourself: open bags, pick up loose materials, and carry each item to the right destination. Trucks keep arriving, so you need to clear deliveries while deciding how to spend the earnings the yard brings in.

From hand sorting to automation

You can hire workers to open bags and carry materials, then improve their speed, carrying capacity, qualifications, work time, and recovery. You can also upgrade your own reach and carrying capacity, keeping manual sorting useful as the facility grows.
