A village on your desktop

Townlet is a desktop village simulation for PC, set in a thin strip just above the Windows taskbar. Seven-pixel villagers chop wood, work at the forge and gossip in the square, then head home at night. The village stays visible while your desktop is in view, doesn't take focus or send notifications, and fades out when you open a full-screen window.

Files become discoveries

When you delete a file, it falls into the village from the sky. Villagers carry it to the square and turn its type and size into knowledge: pictures inspire artists, documents fill the scribe's shelves, and music brings minstrels. Discoveries unlock buildings, decorations and events, shaping how each village grows.
