With its announcement for a full release in 2026, this PC game invites nostalgic exploration while introducing fresh characters and intense battles. The Controversial Popularity Contest

At the heart of Touhou Sousenkyou lies a "popularity contest" taking place in the Human Village. Characters from the original series, including favorites like Reimu Hakurei and Marisa Kirisame, join forces alongside brand-new creations. However, a rival mastermind scheming behind the scenes attempts to manipulate the outcomes of the matches. This dynamic setup sets the stage for an engaging battle royale reminiscent of classic Phantasmagoria titles.
