TOUCHLINE CAPITAL is a PC management simulation about running a company in professional football, rather than managing a club or controlling a player. You can establish your agency in almost any country, starting with limited local contacts and resources, then recruit staff, sign clients and expand into other markets.

Your clients are the company’s main assets, and finding them starts with scouting. Scouts assess players using their ability and the scout’s knowledge of the local football environment, but those evaluations can be wrong. A highly rated young player may not develop as expected; someone who looks ordinary at first may become a top-level footballer years later.
