They Are Not Friendly is a pixel-art horde survival roguelite set on a monster-infested frontier. You dodge and shoot through swarms of monsters, picking up perks to build up your run as you try to survive.

Perks and upgrades

During a run, you stack perks to improve your chances against the swarm. Afterward, you can spend the loot you’ve collected on permanent upgrades at the General Store, then start the next run stronger. The General Store’s permanent upgrades carry over between runs.
