Them Bombs

Ticking Clocks and High Stakes in Them Bombs

In Them Bombs, players find themselves racing against time to defuse a bomb, guided only by verbal instructions. A text message from Dr. TiNT sets the scene with urgency: a ticking bomb that requires both teamwork and communication. As you count down from just two minutes, every second becomes critical. This cooperative game for PC emphasizes strategy and precision under pressure, reminiscent of social deduction games where clarity is key.

Cooperative Gameplay with a Twist

The gameplay revolves around a dual-role structure. One player takes the part of the Unlikely Hero, who interacts with the bomb on the PC. The other players form the Expert Team, equipped with a bomb defusal manual. The twist? The Hero cannot view the manual, and the Expert Team can’t see the bomb. Players must describe their observations and relay instructions. It’s a test of verbal skills that can lead to both triumph and hilarity as miscommunication sparks chaos.
