The X-Type

A Biomechanical Nightmare Awaits in The X-Type

Prepare for a visceral journey into The X-Type, a side-scrolling shmup that merges horror with intense shooting action. This game plucks from the rich history of arcade classics, propelling you into a grotesque universe filled with biomechanical horrors. As you pilot your ship, relentless waves of enemies drawn from a twisted imagination, much like H.R. Giger's art, await to test your skill and resolve.

Dynamic Combat Mechanics Set the Stage

Combat in The X-Type revolves around a dynamic combat system bolstered by four unique weapons: the piercing laser, area plasma, regular shot, and devastating spread shot. This arsenal allows for varied combat strategies, while a power-up system with strategic cooldowns keeps gameplay fresh. With the Perfect Kill System, swiftly neutralizing foes grants bonuses and boosts loot drops, ensuring no two encounters play out the same.
