A colony on a dead planet

The Theory of Humanity is a real-time strategy game for PC about restoring a dead planet while competing with nine other commanders for control of the colony. You build up a base, gather resources, and terraform the planet, but cooperation can turn into conflict: commanders can agree to a truce privately and attack each other later. Soldiers never fire on another player without an order, so starting a war is always a deliberate choice.

Building and terraforming

Your base needs power plants, factories and a spaceport. Deposits are limited: each can hold one mine, and deposits closer to the map’s centre pay more. You also need biomaterial from fallen enemies to run Thermal and Oxygen Plants. Raising the planet’s heat and oxygen levels restores habitability, and each percentage point you contribute counts toward the leaderboard.
