The Skylia Prophecy

A Reckoning in the Skylia Prophecy

The Skylia Prophecy is a brutal side-scrolling action RPG set against a backdrop of chaos and dark fantasy. Players step into the shoes of Mirenia, an 18-year-old heroine seeking redemption after she inadvertently unleashed an ancient evil. As she journeys through the ravaged lands toward Tirkin Fortress, the stakes grow higher with each perilous encounter. Villages lie in ruin, the dead roam, and relentless monsters await, making survival a challenge that tests every ounce of skill and determination.

Retro Inspiration Meets Modern Challenge

This game draws heavily from the design philosophies of classic side-scrollers, reminiscent of the 8- and 16-bit eras. While exploration plays a role, progression tends to be linear, guiding players through hand-crafted areas with minimal backtracking. The game's structure is straightforward: move forward, conquer bosses, and uncover secrets. Those who take the time to explore may find additional treasures, rewarding careful exploration without losing sight of the core narrative.
