The Seven Beacons

An RPG above the taskbar

The Seven Beacons is a PC RPG set in Asteria, where the Demon King has snuffed out the seven beacons that guarded the roads. Yuki sets out alone to relight them, and Ren, Haru and Grum join her as the story advances. The game runs in a 110-pixel strip above the Windows taskbar, where the party fights while you work. It moves on its own; you open a panel during breaks to manage the group.

Expeditions and breaks

The party advances zone by zone, collecting gold, experience, materials, seeds and chests. When you check in, you can open chests, equip gear, spend talents, plant crops, order potions or start forging jobs, then leave the expedition running.
