The Obsidian Sun

A shattered sun

The Obsidian Sun is a 2D action RPG for PC set in a mythic world inspired by Aztec/Mexica and Maya cultures. After the sun breaks apart, fragments of sun-glass scatter across the land, twisting old roads, awakening forgotten powers and corrupting the guardians that once protected the regions.

You begin near a small town whose people rely on cooperation, ritual, craft and promises. From there, you follow ancient oaths into the wilderness, help residents with everyday problems and uncover places left behind by the world’s past.
