The Night Shift

Desk duty

The Night Shift is a neo-noir deduction game for PC. You’re a precinct desk officer deciding whether suspects go free or to the cells. Check their documents for forgeries, test their alibis, and interrogate them by presenting evidence. Push a suspect without evidence three times and they’ll lawyer up for good.

A shift under pressure

Each case sits alongside disruptions: teletype tips, precinct blackouts, lawyers getting suspects released mid-shift, and a captain demanding results. Bribes can help pay the bills, but Internal Affairs notices. Suspects you let walk can return with a worse case and remember you.
