The Needle

Sci-fi RPG roguelike

The Needle is a PC sci-fi RPG roguelike about fighting your way to an alien homeworld. You do that by speaking aloud, making speech part of the route through its space combat.

Space combat and presentation

The game is framed as a space combat sim, with a presentation likened to a movie that you can talk to. It’s compared to FTL and Crying Suns. The goal is to reach the alien homeworld by speaking aloud.
