The Lunacy: That Game About a Cult

Cult uprising in Spain

The Lunacy: That Game About a Cult is a PC strategy game set in 16th-century Spain. After head trauma gives you a vision from forgotten gods, you’re tasked with building a cult, gathering followers and leading a rebellion against the Inquisition. Your aim is to take over the city district by district before the Pope arrives.

Temple management

The underground Temple serves as your base. Use gridless building to meet your followers’ needs, placing altars, shrines and an accursed library, or turning the space into a secret tavern. Followers can take part in sermons and rituals, or work in suspicious production. You’ll also manage resources and decide how much labor to risk sending into the Great Gaping Pit.
