The Last Homecoming

A rural Korean horror mystery

The Last Homecoming is a top-down mystery horror game set in a Korean countryside village. After your grandmother dies, you return home for the first time in twenty years to sort through her belongings. A child by a tent in the yard seems familiar, and objects and records among your grandmother’s things draw you toward a past you can barely remember.

Village places and beliefs

You carry a lantern through old houses, narrow lanes, courtyards lined with earthenware jars, and ritual spaces. The village entrance has wooden jangseung guardians, and a shrine stands beside a reservoir. You can search beneath the village’s sacred tree and along the reservoir shore, looking for traces of daily life and folk belief.
