The Landlord's Legacy

Manage Whitmore House

The Landlord's Legacy is a PC building-management game set in a five-storey apartment building in New York's East Village. You inherit Whitmore House and its tenants, then have one year to keep the building running and prevent a property developer from taking it and emptying it.

The residents have different routines and concerns. Priya, a night-shift nurse, needs quiet while she sleeps during the day. Declan, an unemployed jazz saxophonist, practises at night and has opinions about the music he hears. Architecture student Hana wants to know why the top-floor windows are boarded up from the inside. Zoe, a paranormal podcaster, has come to investigate the building's rumours.
