THE GODDESS TOLD ME: Steal That Loaf of Bread

An ant in the kitchen

THE GODDESS TOLD ME: Steal That Loaf of Bread is a PC game about a worker ant sent by the goddess Kona to steal an entire loaf of bread. You’re five millimetres tall, and the kitchen is built to that scale. A table rises 150 times your height, tile grooves become trenches, and a puddle can trap you in its surface tension.

You carry bread crumbs from the loaf to a nest shrine. Each crumb adds to the pile, but carrying a load slows you down on the trip back. The task starts as a series of dangerous trips across the kitchen, then grows into managing a colony and its routes.
