As a solo-developed project inspired by classic escape-the-room games, it aims to captivate puzzle enthusiasts with its intricate gameplay and immersive atmosphere. Set within a facility rife with danger, players will wrestle with moral dilemmas and brain-bending puzzles that challenge both wit and resolve.

The Sinister Backstory of RCX-9

At the heart of The Failed lies the enigmatic compound known as RCX-9. Initially designed to heal and regenerate through DNA integration, this experiment takes a dark turn. Out of nearly 2,000 test subjects, only one has succeeded, while many are labeled “Failed.” Some subjects meet grim fates, while others linger in isolation, awaiting further experimentation. This unsettling narrative serves as a backdrop, spurring players to investigate what truly transpired in the lab.
