The End of the World Club

The World Ends in April 2012

In The End of the World Club, players are thrust into a narrative that cleverly blurs the lines between teenage angst and apocalyptic urgency. Set in April 2012, the game unfolds the story of Itsuki, a high school student wrestling with the pressures of impending adulthood. His journey takes a sharp turn when Rika, a lively transfer student, proclaims that the world will end come December. What arises is not just a struggle against fate, but a poignant exploration of love, fear, and the arbitrary deadlines of life.

Relationships in a Crisis

The visual novel genre shines here, inviting players to engage deeply with Itsuki's emotions. His long-standing crush on classmate Ren adds layers to the narrative, pulling at the heartstrings as players navigate friendships in the shadow of potential doom. Decisions made throughout the game impact the relationships and outcomes, offering five different endings to explore. Each choice contributes to Itsuki's growth as he learns to confront obstacles, both external and internal.
