The Crime Archive

Noir detective cases

The Crime Archive is a story-driven noir detective game for PC, built around six self-contained murder cases. You search crime scenes, question suspects and use evidence to identify a killer. Cases range from a co-founder found dead at his desk in a locked office to two deaths at a lighthouse, 27 years apart.

Finding and checking evidence

Each location has evidence to uncover, but some hotspots are decoys. Finding an object starts a separate puzzle: you might reassemble a torn page, wipe grime from a mark, spot a false line in a printed log, or examine a coffee cup with a magnifying glass. Your case file tracks how much of the picture you’ve pieced together.
