The Caretaker’s Lease

The Caretaker’s Lease Engulfs You in Isolation

In The Caretaker’s Lease, set against the backdrop of a desolate 2083, players step into the shoes of a new caretaker on Sagewater Island. After the Quiet Collapse, you will manage wildlife and camps while uncovering the mystery of your predecessor's disappearance. With only a radio and a stocked cabin for company, the challenge is not just to survive the harsh winter but to unravel the secrets that linger in the cold silence.

Survival Mechanics Rooted in Realism

This PC survival game emphasizes a grounded approach to tracking and hunting. There are no glowing trails or waypoints; instead, you'll learn to read animal signs like footprints in snow and blood trails. As development progresses, new tracking features will enhance the realism, allowing players to identify animal movements through mud and broken branches, making every hunt feel authentic and immersive.
