The Big Dig

Digging beneath the backyard

The Big Dig is a digging game set in 1986. After losing your money and home, you live in a backyard shed and learn of a secret government project from the 1950s beneath the yard. You start digging with a spoon, uncovering valuables and selling what you find.

Tools and buried finds

The terrain is fully destructible, and each game has a different layout and loot distribution. Money from your finds goes toward heavier tools and upgrades to your stats and abilities, helping you dig deeper for more valuable items. A story guides the digging, and buried structures add things to uncover. The loot ranges from worthless junk to valuable treasures.
